The problem

Three PB is a renewable energy and industrial solutions company in Bangladesh — on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar systems, EPC contracting, industrial automation. They had no business website at all. No online presence to point potential clients to, no way to showcase their product range, no company materials available for download, and no professional email — which matters a lot when you're bidding for industrial and EPC contracts where a client expects to email a proper company address, not a personal Gmail.

What I did

I designed and built their website from the ground up, styled around their brand and industry — solar and industrial energy, not a generic template. The site covers their product range, has a proper contact flow, and includes a company deck download button so a prospect or partner can pull the full company profile and product files in one click instead of asking for them over email.

Separately, I set up their mail server on my hosting and configured it so their team works through Outlook connected via SMTP — giving them proper @threepb.com email addresses instead of running the business off free personal accounts.

Starting point

Three PB had no website at all — not an old one that needed replacing, just nothing. For a company bidding on solar EPC and industrial automation contracts, that's a real gap: a client evaluating vendors expects to find a company profile, a product range, and a way to get in touch that doesn't route through someone's personal WhatsApp. On top of that, the team was running the business on personal email accounts, which looks exactly as unprofessional as it sounds when you're emailing a procurement officer about a six-figure installation.

The website

I built the site on Laravel with Inertia.js on the front end and MySQL for the database — same hand-coded approach as my other builds, no page-builder plugins to fight with. The design is built around their actual business: on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar systems, EPC contracting, industrial automation — so the structure reflects how a client would actually shop for this, not a generic "About / Services / Contact" template stretched to fit.

One specific feature worth calling out: a company deck download button. Instead of a prospect emailing to ask for a company profile or product catalog, they can pull the full deck directly from the site in one click — which shortens the sales cycle and means the material is always the current version, not whatever PDF happens to be sitting in someone's inbox.

The mail server

Separately from the website, I set up their mail server on my own hosting and configured DNS/SMTP so their team could connect it through Outlook. That gives them proper @threepb.com addresses instead of personal Gmail accounts — which matters for deliverability (a business domain sending mail is trusted differently than a free personal account) and for how the company is perceived by clients and partners they're emailing directly.

Outcome

Three PB went from having no online presence and no professional email to a fast, purpose-built website (98/100 performance, 100/100 accessibility on PageSpeed Insights) with a working lead-generation and materials-download flow, plus a proper company mail system running through Outlook. Two separate problems — no web presence, no professional communication — solved together as one project.

We didn't have a website or proper company email before this — just personal accounts and no real online presence. Now clients can see our products, download our company profile directly, and we email them from a proper company address. It's made us look like the company we actually are.
